UPDATE: It is now 10 mos after the ceiling fan installation. On Friday, 6/19/09, the ceiling fan FELL (15 feet to the ground) from the ceiling mount. The fan was destroyed and the additionally the 4ft down rod scratched the front of a big screen TV. David WILL NOT stand behind his poor workmanship refusing to come out to the house and inspect the mount. I'm stuck with with broken fan, scratched TV, and no way to remediate the situation. DO NOT HIRE Everything Electric!! If something goes wrong, he'll say it's not his fault. He's no longer taking my calls. NO INTEGRITY!! ========================== 8/09 - The job turned out fine.

I am handicapped and ill and housebound and Dave was very kind and understanding. He did a really great job and he just has to adjust the bathroom sconces slightly but he knows he can do that when he comes back for the under-cabinet lighting he is going to install in our kitchen very shortly. Dave kept me informed and was on time. Installed Attic Fan and switch in about 2 hours. Did a professional job in a very difficult attic. His price was reasonable. I supplied the fan. Dick H West Dundee

Ceiling Fan - Install
David is really nice guy and reasonable guy. He is very friendly and honest about the work and charge. I really recommend this guy to everybody. Sure I will be calling him in future for other projects. He is really good with planning and sharp thinker, if one option doesn't work instead of stopping he recommends a different option. His hours are very flexible, my family is happy about his work. Thanks to Service Magic recommending David to us.

Professional and courtious in every way. David is very professional, knowledgeable and a very good communicator. His rates seem to be on the high side, but this may be the industry standard for his type of work. We will use his services in the future.
