We hired Everything Residential to remodel our master and guest bath. When Everything Residential comes to your house to quote a potential job be sure to get any we will take care of that types of comments on the contract before you sign. Otherwise, you will see the charge on a future invoice for that verbal promise during their sales pitch. Any promises from them need to be in writing. Also, put in the contract they need to give you a 48-72 hour heads up before they are coming to your house to perform work. If not, they will e-mail you late the night before and say they are coming over the next morning. They do not care if you have work the next day, conference calls, summer vacation plans, etc. If you ask them to reschedule the work, they will charge you a $250 change order fee and claim you are not giving them access to your home. You work for them; they do not work for you in the relationship when you sign a contract with Everything Residential. While they were remodeling our master bath, they caused 4 water leaks that did drywall damage to our kitchen pantry, garage ceiling, kitchen ceiling, and wall in the master bedroom. While repairing the leak to my garage ceiling they said they would repaint the garage. Again, another empty promise was not fulfilled. They were not using a licensed plumber to do any of the plumbing work. They never finished the guest bath after I paid all contractual obligations upfront. I had to pay other contractors to finish the guest bathroom.

Everything Residential's pricing came in much higher than other bids but was the only licensed contractor to respond to my backyard and driveway concrete project. The contractor disappeared for weeks to over a month at a time since receiving 80% of the funds for the job. Finally coming to my house for the "final prep" and setting the forms, they said they grossly underestimated the areas for work and are now asking for an additional 50% of the original contract in order to complete the work. During their time in my yard, they pulled up new plumbing, creating a flood in my and my neighbor's yard. They pulled up electrical wiring, without testing to see if there was power, which shorted power to my house and costing money to replace spoiled food, etc. They piled rock and debris against my RV gate causing the hinges to bend and it to come off part of the foundation. When I mentioned this, they at first said the gate was like this (which it was not) then said their contract stated they were not responsible for any damages whatsoever.

Nice guys, and they did a great job. They were even nice enough to come back later to do the trim even though I didn't have the materials the first time out. I'd definitely hire them again.

My dream of remodeling my kitchen seemed like an impossibility. My house was built in 1968 and in desperate need of an update. Three contractors quoted me $30,000 over my budget just to remodel the kitchen. I felt discouraged. Then I found Everything Residential. I spoke to the owner, Randy to discuss what I wanted. He treated me as if I was his most important customer. Randy gave me ideas and he kept it within my budget. Everything Residential designed a new look for my kitchen completed additional work and finished on time. If you want an honest contractor who will put you first, choose Everything Residential!
