With Head of General Contractor and Heart of Kindly Handy Man, Mike (& his Apprentice Son) are "good medicine" for an old house in need of multiple repairs: polite, arrives promptly, does what he says he will do, does quality work, patiently discusses differences, works to do what is right to finish the job, to the satisfaction of Homeowner. He notices additional items that can be quickly/easily fixed. With his vast knowledge, experience and skills, he is a good advisor, explaining situations, recommending economical remedies, and discouraging strategies that are not effective, unnecessary or too costly. He is quick to identify the type of craftsmen needed, for work he does not do. I'm making a growing list of items that will need his attention, in what (I hope) will be his long term relationship with my vintage house.

I have used him on two jobs. 2017 busted upstairs bathroom bath pipe busted and water came through down stairs ceiling. Repairs: ceiling sheetrock, flooring, painting. Second job 2018 - roof leak came through attic through ceiling in living room - sheetrock replacement, painting. Awesome job on both jobs. Courteous, timely, reasonable. Rating 1-10. I rate "10" (excellent) on everything.

He quoted 2 or 3 weeks on a project that he ended up quitting in the 7th week. He asked for a part of the final payment before the job was completed. He has "workers" with him that play on their phones all day. He didn't ask about color stain, just proceeded to install a very dark color without even asking if it was what I wanted. Then he left spots on the wood with hardly any stain at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He is slow, unorganized and clueless as to the order in which tasks should be done. he was putting up the ceiling bead board before he even installed the final posts and put in the bricks that go behind the bead board!. I am now having to hire another contractor to finish the job that he was paid to do.

Fast response and quality work. New doors look great. Overall, we are pleased with the work and will hire again for other projects. JB

Mike did a great job. He repaired the drywall, floor and sill that was water damaged. All the work was done professionally and looks great. Mike cleaned up at the end of the job which is an area where I'm usually disappointed. I would recommend Everything Under the Sun Construction every time.

Mike was conscientious and did a good job repairing my door jamb. My house was prewired with an alarm system that required Mike to take extra care in keeping the front door sensor intact, while making the repair. It was a little dicey but he managed to keep the sensor working and ultimately get the job done. I will definitely call him for any future home repair projects.

We hired Mike Sullivan and his team to install porcelain tile in two rooms but as the job progressed it also turned into the repair of some very old termite damage and therefore some wall stud repairs, sheetrock repair and significant painting. Mike was very resilient about taking on the additional work and sticking with the job until all aspects of it were completed.

They did a great job. I needed a few repairs done around the house...plumbing, shelf repair and water damage to paint. All the work was done professionally and everything looks great. Each work area was left clean. Would definitely use them for any other repairs.

Mike built a beautiful patio cover for my back patio and replaced my old shed with a quality wood/hardi-plank build that I am sure will last a long time. It was quite the job and his team did excellent work for a very reasonable price. They go above and beyond - I don't think I have ever had such a great experience working with another contractor and will be calling him again when I decide on replacement kitchen cabinets. Give him a call, you won't regret it!

We asked for our game room to be closed in and a door added. Mike and his crew not only did an excellent job on everything we asked for, they also did all the little things that make a contractor respectable. They showed up when they said, took care of my house, cleaned up every day... I would definitely use Mike again for any other projects that come up. Great job all the way around.

Mike Sullivan was the first to return my calls to several companies for framing repair in my garage. I Sent him a photo, he quoted a range of prices on the phone, I accepted, and he was here in a few days. He not only fixed the problem, but fixed several other problems which I never requested, and charged me LESS than the low range of his quote. Prompt, professional, and quality service. Highly recommend.

I used Home Advisor to find a contractor who has done excellent work gutting and creating a fantastic bathroom in my home in Norhill. This contractor Mike Sullivan, Anything Under the Sun 281-433-9283, has also done tile, kitchen counters and gutters on my rent home in Spring. I highly recommend him!

Mike Sullivan did a great job with my wood Stairs and Wood floor installation. He was very much hands-on with his crew and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend his service.

Mike Sullivan and his team lifted the ceiling in my garage. I installed a car lift and wanted the higher ceiling to stack two cars. The framing in the attic had to be modified. The sheet rock needed to be removed and installed new. After that, the new section had to be painted. Mike left the work site very clean each evening. His craftsmanship is excellent and the quote was very competitive.

I hired these guys several years ago for some remodel work on my condo in the galleria area. The workmanship was beautiful. I no longer own the condo, so someone else is enjoying the great work they did, but since that time I have had several other contractors do work for me in two houses. I have to say that no other contractor I have worked with has done such good work. If I ever needed remodel work done again, I would search these guys out to do the work because I know they would do a quality job.

I appreciate the attention given to detail of the entire installation, as well as protecting the interior of my home while removing the old set of double doors and frame and installing the new unit.

Immediate response to my calls for a last minute demo request, great communication through the project, on time arrival, quick completion and clean up as well as hauling off a few more items for no extra charge. On the high side but we got every penny worth from Mike Sullivan.

Mike and his crew did a great job installing our porceline flooring and hanging the ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms. The price he charged to do the work was very reasonable, and we look forward to working with him on future home improvement projects. I highly recommend this company.
