They violated all contracts they wrote, did not complete my project, were nonresponsive and their work is unsafe and inadequate.

He is not compliant when it comes to doing his work or communicating, he says that he will be here at a time and it will not show up, it has affected our jobs unfortunately.

Very unreliable. His help is not experienced, Dan the owner does not tell the truth, workmanship is poor, and he would not finish the project as far as I know.

Do not use Evolution Custom Contractors of Denver (ECCD) for your home remodeling needs! Basically, ECCD uses sub contractors, which are not licensed or insured. This is why they ask for a deposit up front. They also have no idea what they are doing, and the quality of work is terrible. They will make a huge mess while they work, and likely destroy your home. They will also lie straight to your face, so they cannot be trusted. We had to hire new contractors, but this time licensed and insured ones, to fix all the damage ECCD caused. It was an absolutely horrible experience and a huge waste of our time and money. I hope my review will prevent this from happening to anyone else. Morale of the story, only hires licensed and insured contractors.

They tricked me into paying them the full amount in advance (otherwise they would charge me more than quoted) because by the time my check cleared they would be finished with the job. A month later they are still not done. Meanwhile, I am losing $100/day in rent and have had to change my plane ticket and schedule twice already.

The tub looks really good, refinished the tub, however everything else was wrong, they need to learn how to do it properly and how use the product. and they need supervision of their workers, better customer contact will help too. They need better customer service.

This people are not equipped to do the services they claim to be able to provide. They will damage your property and steal your belongings

they seem so nice and professional at first and they will promise the moon and stars in a week but this does not happened I over paid by mistake they supposed to refund the money the next day but its been 3 weeks. I have left the town, I have not receive any photos promised for the progress for this project.

Evolution Custom Contractors was amazing. They responded quickly to my request and showed up on time. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. My cabinet was fixed beautifully and works better than it did when it was initially installed. My next project is a bathroom renovation and they will be at the top of my list.

They had someone out to give me a quote in under 24 hours and had the whole project finished in under 48 hours from my initial posting. Very fast, very professional.

This was design, excavation, and finish of access to the basement by way of an egress door. It is still a work in progress which is turning out to be much more breautiful than I had ever hoped for.. This company delivers what they promise and more. You can't go wrong with Daniel . He is a contractor you can truly trust.
