I was looking for someone to handle blueprints and engineering for a home in the Florida Keys. Having built homes before, I’m familiar with the process and already had some sketches with a few changes I wanted to make. I found Evolution Drafting online, and Kristine walked me through everything clearly. Lindsey was assigned to my project after a quick introduction and a follow up she was AMAZING to say the least! The initial drawings were excellent, and any changes I requested were completed within days. Compared to another project that took nearly a year, this was incredibly fast and detailed. My wife and I are very impressed. I highly recommend Evolution Drafting LLC—ask for Lindsey on your project. Truly top shelf!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After paying them thousands of dollars, spending hours and hours on the phone with their drafters over many months, and sending them so many emails I can't even count, I ended up with plans I couldn't use. With the amount of work it takes to get them to do the job right, you are better off learning how to draft plans yourself, which is what I had to do to actually get things done correctly. They will sell you on services they don't provide unless you threaten to sue them. Don't be fooled by their sales people, who are really the only people that you can get a consistent response from until they make the sale, after which it's random at best. Their drafters don't have phone numbers so you can't call anyone and they frequently miss virtual meetings that you schedule. The high turnover aside, I doubt this is even a real business that expects to give you a finished product with which you can get a permit. Please save yourself and do not hire these people!

We hired this company to draw plans that could be used for both permits and also for our contractor to build an ADA compliant ramp, platform and overhang (roof). Initially, they communicated well and responded quickly. However, that changed once they were paid. Their initial drawing were rejected by Santa Clara County Building Department. We sent the company the changes that the county requested but proper changes were never supplied. We paid additional fees for the professional "stamping" and certification of the plans. We never received those plans either. They take forever to respond and when they do, they promise to take care of the issues but then never produce any results and never follow up. We even asked for proof that the people working on our plans are properly licensed (because the government grant paying for the project required the proof) - they couldn't even provide proof that they are licensed to legally provide the services they are charging for. DO NOT HIRE!

I retained this organization for a business change of use in Ohio. I was provided with renderings that displayed the building backwards. I was totally embarrassed when the county rep sent me the report that reflect the poor and amateur work. It is now 70 days past my providing final payment and no one has made the service right. Collin and Brad have given me the run around. This company stole my money and will not communicate with me to make the situation right. Do not hire!!!!! This is a SCAM

I was really under the gun due to a prior Architectural firm not performing their duties per building plan codes. Not only were the plans incomplete but the City Plan Reviewer states(The Worst plans he’s ever seen) they will not make adjustments unless there is an additional charge for Thousands. Evaluation’s saved my clients and drew our project per code, along with Engineering in less time then they quoted. I highly recommended them, Especially Kirsten. I had a fantastic experience working with this drafting firm. From the very first phone call, Kirsten?our drafting consultant? was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful. She explained the entire process in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered up front, which gave me immediate confidence in the team. This firm partnered with engineers and architects to get the best quote for me on a stamp for my plans after they did an exceptional job on drawing the prints that met all the requirements for permitting. Their coordination and attention to detail made the process very simple on my end. If you are looking for a highly capable drafting firm that knows how to get things done right, I highly recommend them!

I contacted them due to needing engineer for structure above my door. They did not hear to the timeline, did NOT communicate any updates, delays, etc. Terrible company to work with. Also, did not have an engineer involved in the plans and found out it would cost me more money. DO NOT use this company. Went to file a complaint w/BBB and found out they are not even accredited with the BBB due to F rating.

Our experience echoes the many negative reviews I see on here. They bulshitted us, took thousands of dollars of our money, didn?t deliver, then disappeared. Thanks to this forum though, we were able to connect with several other individuals who got screwed over by these people and we are pursing multiple avenues of recourse individually and collectively. I could write an entire novel about these clowns and the information we?ve gathered. They?re all in their early 20?s, some with nice rap sheets, and most of them are related. They are scamming people left and right. The positive reviews that follow this review are all fake and written by them. Sometimes they get so lazy that they even use their own last names. For those of you who have been screwed over by these assholes: - don?t bother contacting your local law enforcement, contact FBI instead. - do also contact the FTC (preferably by phone) because there is an active case number already going against them. - MOST IMPORTANTL

i hired this company to draft single family house i had some delay in project but one-of the office member contacted me Elizabeth and she handled the issues professionally over all the job done right

????? If I could leave zero stars, I would. We hired Evolution Drafting expecting a qualified employee to take measurements. Instead, they sent a 3rd-party insurance adjuster with no construction background. The site visit was delayed multiple times, and drawings were not started until nearly 2 weeks after the visit? despite promises of a 2-week turnaround. The final drawings were full of errors: incorrect measurements, missing exterior and deck (our main priority), and wrong door swings. Even after corrections were requested, the drawings remained unusable. On top of that, the person they sent contacted us to ask how he would be paid by Evolution? completely unprofessional. We paid $1,250 and got nothing of value. They are refusing a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

The experience with Evolution Drafting was a nightmare. Deadlines and deliverables per contract and discussions/emails were not met and no apology, reply with a plan to correct, or anything more than ignoring or excuses were given. Not only did the team not meet the first milestone deadline, they failed to properly create the "as-is" drawings; doors, windows, exterior elements such as deck and structure, etc. were completely missing from both of the two drafts of "As-is" drawings that were sent. The exterior and deck were the primary scope and communicated on every call / every email and in the contract execution stage that these were the priorities for the project and the main reason I hired ED, yet they were not included in the "As-is" drawings. Upon re-checking measurements, I found nearly every dimension the drafter included was incorrect in the drawings. Deposit paid was to measure/survey, and create as-is and concept drawings; I did not receive either in completion.

We reached out to Evolution Drafting for help with a gym concept we were exploring, and they absolutely delivered. The designs were clean, functional, and helped us weigh our options. What stood out most was how responsive and fast they were throughout the whole process

To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. The work did not get done. We don't feel this is a real company. We are currently attempting to get funds they took in agreement for a letter to verify insurance as insulation. Instead of providing the lette they sent unrelated documents that were not in the request. We are currently in a dispute through our credit card company. Also note these reviews seem made up. One states they were hired to work for them, but somehow it's a review for work they did for a garage. Seems like some makeup AI nonsense to me. Beware!!!
