I would like to be reimbursed $3000 for the chimney work because Ryan did not solve the problem at all. The bedroom in trouble still has water leaking through the chimney/ roof / ceiling. For the roof replacement work, I have a big wet spot in my master bathroom, so I cannot pay him the $1,000 which I withheld from him. Ryan has refused to answer my texts or my phone calls after he realized that he has no capability to fix the problem of the leaking issue of the chimney. Throughout the projects, he made a few mistakes, including cutting the chimney twice when he installed the flashings. On the chimney repair contract, he wrote down that I will get my money back guaranteed.

Mike and Rayan were very descriptive on procedure that will take place and educated us really well on how roofing works,which eliminated a lot of questions we had. Our chimney too looks great and we definitely we will recommend to our families and friends.

His quote was within our expected range & was transparent in explaining the work he was doing. He was thorough, meticulous & patient with us as we went through the updates of what we wanted done. They showed up for the estimate at the time they said they would and gave me a very fair price. Two other contractors never showed up to provide an estimate and one other that did, had an outrageous price. The work was completed on schedule as promised and was excellent quality. I would certainly consider them again for any future masonry work.
