The service was amazing. I had an emergency with my furnace. They answered the phone right away & came to my house within 30 minutes. I was truly impressed with the customer service and professionalism. That is hard to find today. Buddy identified the problem immediately with a gas line valve leak and was able to fix it right away. While he was here I explained that it might be nothing but the furnace turns on and off all the time and sometimes will run for a few minutes and shut off, right away he knew what the problem was. He even tried to get the part covered under the furnace warranty which I did not even know we had!!! I have used these guys ever since!! I was able to have them switch my electric water heater to a brand new gas water heater and they did all the work involved in that process as well. They took away my old water heater and did not even charge me for that. I can not say enough great things about these guys, their work speaks for itself.
