Sharing my experience in hopes it helps someone else? We hired Evolve Construction to replace our roof in Sept 2024. After the work was done, they sent us a bill that was over $3K more than what they originally told us. We tried to work it out, but instead, they put a lien on our home in Dec 2024. Now they?ve added another $4K in attorney and lien fees on top of the disputed balance. We?re now having to take legal steps to try to clear this up. Definitely a lesson learned, always get everything in writing and double-check contractors before hiring. Hoping this gets resolved soon. This company is involved in multiple lawsuits. Do not, I repeat do NOT make the same mistake I did.

In addition to their extraordinary talent, the employees at Evlove Construction are kind and a pleasure to deal with. They made sure I was happy with everything and showed the utmost respect for my place. Definitely five stars!
