    Had a great experience using Exact Roofing & Construction. The owner Todd was great to work with, gave me a few options with my tile and flat roof. The were there on time and cleaned up after the job. My roof looks great. Would definitely use the company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family!

    Tod explained everything to be done. The work was done very well and even better than "on time!" (My roof had a leak, which damaged one wall and ceiling. He advanced the timing of my replacement to avoid monsoon rains; and when the roof was finished, he sent a carpenter to repair the wall and ceiling damage!) He and his people were courteous, on time, and a credit to the business. I'll recommend Tod and Exact Roofing to all my relatives and friends.

    Great experience…Todd came to give me an estimate and took the time to explain everything including the different types of underlayment choices. Quick response time to complete job and accommodated my work scheduling needs.

    Tood has vast knowledge and experience of roofing and many types of materials having been in the business many years. Does not try and upsell. Straight forward with the facts. Roofing employees prompt everyday to start work. Observed them working hard all day long. Friendly group with long time employment with Exact Roofing. great clean up every day and end of job. Really cares about the customer being totally pleased with the work. Recommend to anyone for their roof work needing done.
