Complete Home Inspection
Mr. Moody said he could not gain access to underneath our home for inspection. The slope is described as "slight." 3-5? and serious plumbing problems TOILET AND BATHTUB DRAINING INTO OPEN TRENCH UNDER HOUSE! We had two plumbers and two foundation companies, who gained access under the house.

I asked if they did termite and pest inspection and septic inspection. My realtor had to emailed form to him on termite inspection still don t know if he filled it out. On septic inspection said he could not find septic so marked it not inspected. Which it is right out side to the left of house in back yard.
