We received a call from the contractor within only minutes of putting the request in through Service Magic! That afternoon, he came out and gave us an estimate, and by that evening we had a written quote by email. It only took the team three days to tile our master bathroom and closet, as well as repair and retexture our drywall (we did our own demolition and put in our own vanity, toilet, etc.) They even cleaned out our gutters and put in leaf guards, which didn't have anything to do with the original bid. My husband had made a trip to Lowe's and bought some leaf guards, and the contractor put them in for us, at no charge!! They were great!

Was quick to provide estimate. Was able to initiate repairs immediately (between jobs). Seems to have done the trick at a very reasonable cost.
