"Your review is false, misleading, and borderline slanderous. In my opinion you ripped us off. Here are the facts. 1. We quoted you and then you added more work to the quote. 2. We adjusted the price from $300 to $650 because of the extra work. It was never $700. 3. You only paid $300 for labor and $0 for paint or supply costs. You did not even honor the quote. 4. We only got paint on the carpet because it was not covered at all because you told us we could get paint on the carpet!!! The carpet is being replaced so you can get paint on it? 5. Even the scope of work you wrote in this review is incorrect. "Gave estimate of $300 to paint a room" Yeah that was before you added things on. What we actually painted was Living-room, Dining room, Additional room, and roughly 1/3 of the kitchen. Including the ceilings, baseboards, and trim with no complaints about the work quality either. 5. How are we supposed to satisfy a customer that does those things to us? I spoke with you on the phone and told you because we value our customers satisfaction we would accept $300 since you had a bad experience. After us bending over backwards to satisfy you and you rip us off. I am now reading this horrible review? Et tu, Brute? (((((((((My review of you as a customer is finished))))))))) I am not going to put your name in this review because HomeAdvisor does not want that. But I am going to point this review out to all customers that I speak with personally and your name will be included. I may even put it on our website to demonstrate the lengths we will go to as a company to satisfy our customers. From time to time we get reviews that are inaccurate and paint a bad picture for the company. That is part of doing business. Very rarely do I get a review that I have all the facts documented so well that I could actually win in a court of law. This is one of those cases. Congratulations you have become the new example of a bad customer for Exceed Services LLC."
"I apologize for the way you were treated by our company. Please message me back directly and I will do whatever I can to help make this situation better for you. Please let me know what I can do to help you to feel better. This is an unfortunate misunderstanding about hour our appointment times work but that does not lessen the importance of your satisfaction. Please give us a chance to increase your satisfaction. After speaking with you on the phone the decision has been made to do away with time slots. The confusion generated even if for one customer is not a satisfactory compromise. We will be debuting a new system that is less specific as soon as possible. Thank you for your conversation and feedback about us."
"Hello I am hoping to assist with your situation. Please message us and I will get this sorted out for you. We are unfortunately an extended handyman company and there are some things that we are not able to do and cannot legally do regardless of skill. Over the phone it is not always clear what we can and cannot do and must see it in person. This is one of the many reasons we have free consultations with a supervisor for all new customers. So we can see the scope of the work and let you know if we can do it. Please contact me with specifics and I will see what happened and if you like I will call another company for you if it truly is something that we are unable to do. Please understand that we are a reputable company and if we are unable to do something it is for your protection. Contractors doing work they are not able to do is illegal and can void your insurance policies on your homes. It is not a negative if we say we cannot do it. It is us protecting you as a customer. We would love to be able to do anything and everything. The reality is that some things only specific techs can do and other things we can not do at all as a company. It is the law. We are just abiding by it."
"I'm sorry you are concerned about the size of our compressor. In this instance I am going to believe it is the size of the tank that is concerning you since it is typically the largest and most noticeable feature of an average air compressor. I am also going to focus on the pump because that is the only part that matters in this instance. Is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable. Perhaps I can come by and show you the scfm ratings of the Pump? A sprinkler weatherization, blow out, etc. does not require a large size air compressor(taken as a whole including the tank). It requires a constant cfm @ psi rating to push the water out of the lines. Depending upon the type of lines that pressure is maximum 50psi or 80psi and some believe it should be even lower than that. The compressor needs to supply this cfm @ that psi rating until the water has been pushed out of the sprinkler lines. This is where the homeowner's compressor typically fails. Unless you have an extremely large tank the only power that is providing that pressure at any given instant is the compressor pump. The tank is simply for air storage. The only benefit to a large tank is more run-time before the tank runs out of air pressure(psi) and the compressor runs out of cfm and is unable to finish the job required. In this instance a sprinkler blow out. Most small air compressors also have low cfm ratings. For sprinkler blowouts our system is able to provide the required cfm @ psi to evacuate all but the largest of systems. We evacuate one zone at a time. We evacuate them multiple times to insure there is no water left in the system. We are an extended handyman company and have customized equipment to fit that need. Our compressors are one of those special tools. We also have other compressors we can use to blow out systems that are larger. Typically, those systems are either trailer-ed, wheelbarrow, or truck mounted. If anyone ever tells you the typical house needs 100cfm@50 or 90psi or greater than they are also the same company that blows apart sprinklers and damages lines. That company most likely broke your lines. Not freezing temperatures. It is a common myth that if the system can withstand 120 psi of water pressure, similar air pressure will not damage the system. This is not true! The viscosity of air is much lower than water, generating much higher stresses that can cause severe damage to the system. Not to mention a lot of the moving parts in sprinkler systems are lubricated by the water and can be damaged if they are operated without lubrication at a higher cfm@psi for an extended period of time. In summation, we have the proper tools and knowledge. Since you are in the Colorado Springs area if you are wanting assurances that your system is safe please call 833-439-2333 and request to speak with the supervisor for the Colorado Springs area. Give them the details of your concern, and they will get you taken care of. I sincerely hope that in the future you can think about raising the rating you have given us. Thank you."
