Hired to replace split rail fence. The installers (Jimmy and Ron ) were awesome ! Arrived as promised on time, professional but friendly. Worked virtually non stop to get the job done in a day and cleaned up all the scrap wood, plastic bags from the hardware. I would have given Excel a clean sweep of 5 stars but the only thorn in this whole project was the owner. He is rude and didn't bother to measure the gates openings so when the installation got to the gates, Jimmy had to improvise. He did a great job and put a lot of effort into making the gates fit properly and look right. Jimmy and Ron should be congratulated for their work ethics ! You too Terry !!

Very dissatisfied customers! We paid over $6000 to fence in our 1/4 acre yard. 13 months later, I returned home from an 8 week Air Force TDY to find that the gate latch was broken and there were 4 panels that had completely fallen down. When I called the company and asked if they could fix it, they were going to charge me $50 just to come out and $125 per hour just to fix their shoddy workmanship because the warranty was up.

We had Excel build a new 6 x 10 covered front porch. They did an excellent job. The crew arrived on time each morning, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I was impressed with the way they conducted themselves while working - no inappropriate conversations or language. The materials used were of a good quality. The porch is sturdy and looks great. People who see pictures are surprised to learn that the porch was not original to the house. Any questions or concerns we had during the project were addressed right away and to our satisfaction. In addition, Charlie stopped by to check on things on a regular basis. We are very satisfied with the job.
