I asked for the installation of a faucet and valves for our tub. Two holes were accidentally drilled into the tub surface. a large hole was made in the basement ceiling, the tub frame became separated from it’s fame on one side, the new valves where cut and have to be replaced, The faucet and valve work was left incomplete and insurance was notified. I asked that two valves be replaced for our washing machine. The valves leaked after the wall was opened and closed. They repaired the valves and closed up the wall again. The newly installed valves leaked and cause extensive water damage between the walls and to the solid maple hardwood floors that are buckled/warped in four rooms, ceilings in the lower level, walls and electrical. The washing machine drip and drain pan was cracked/damaged. This work is incomplete and insurance was notified.
