Excellent job of replacing siding/cutting boards. He did not waste materials. Definitely received the value of the cost of services if not more value. I am more than satisfied with the final result. Alan was very responsive. He was able to do this job in the timetable we needed, which was key to us since we were doing an unexpected renovation of our laundry room. We ended up needing to have some drywall repaired due to some unexpected plumbing work that needed to be done. Alan was able to take care of that for us as well. The quality of his painting work was average. There were several spots where the paint did not cover the wall and I pointed those out to him and he addressed them. However, there were areas where the spackle on the wall was not sanded down smoothly. I would have liked to have more attention to detail. However, he did complete the job on time, which was important to him.

Alan did an awesome job, at an excellent price. Bravo!

Alan cleaned and painted the exterior and worked a small project inside and did a great job.

Allen Smith - didn't have proper equipment. removed old fence didn't have tools to dismantle it left it in entire sections against the wall. Didn't wish to dig the holes because he felt ground was damp and wet wanted money each day

Alan responded quickly and set up an appointment to fix my warped fence gate and design a privacy barrier on my back porch. He is very polite and goes over all of the steps he will be doing on the project(s). His prices are extremely fair for the quality of work provided. I have already made arrangements to hire him for another project in two weeks.
