These guys did a great job on my big old house. Had them replace a some rotted wood siding and paint the entire thing. A 130 year old house is never gonna look brand new, but it looks 10000000x better than it did before. Would definitely recommend them.

A lot of rot and unexpected carpentry was needed and they fixed and restored everything without charging extra. The work was excellent as well as the clean up.

I just wanna say that I am glad that I knew this company from one of my colleagues. They did a wonderful job, fast and great price. Pete is a painting contractor that really will do all the things quoted with amazing results.

Very professional, friendly, finished work in time promised. Cleaned up also. Would highly recommend.

This was by far the most disappointing and unprofessional work done by a contracted home improvement company we have had in our forty five years of home renovations. Our project included painting portions of the exterior of the house, and painting a dark interior stairwell white. The four men sent to our home arrived in a small car with two extension ladders strapped to the roof. They needed to borrow our step ladder. A clear list of the work to be done was provided to the company owner but not passed on to the "foreman" of the team. A duplicate copy and review of the agreed upon work were provided. The job was hurried to be done within less than six hours, with paint applied to some areas not on the list while no paint, or little paint, applied to areas on the list. Two members of the team smoked while on their ladders leading us to have to close windows. A 2 x 4 board stored on our patio for a project being done by us was used as a stir stick for a bucket of paint and thrown on the ground under the deck. A wet paint brush was left behind on another 2 x 4. A paint bucket plastic liner with about a pint of wet paint was shoved on the back of a shelf inside the utility room. Plastic drop cloths, paint tray liners and bucket liners were wrapped in a bundle and left on the floor of our garage. A portion of the work included a stairwell inside the home. The color was a dark green and was to be painted white. The team returned the next day and quickly applied one layer of primer and one top coat and said if we weren't happy with the results after it dried, to call and they would come back. It clearly needed another coat to cover the darker paint, but we chose not to have them return. The foreman asked that we contact him if there were any problems rather than bother the owner. When Peter, the owner, was contacted he was agitated and unresponsive to addressing problems. An all-around unpleasant and discouraging experience that we wouldn't wish on anyone.

I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of Peter and is crew. Peter started the project on time and finished when he said they would. He and crew were very respectful of me and my belongings. They covered everything to protect from paint and dust. I especially liked that the floors were covered in paper and taped down, instead of drop cloths which are a tripping hazard. I trusted Excel Pro Painters and felt safe with them or when I had to leave. I would highly recommend Peter and his company, Mary, Kennebunk

Very nice folks. Their expertise lies with mostly exterior painting but handled my small bathroom with slight (very slight) imperfections. which was due to poor communications. I would hire them again.

They did great work and I'll hire him again.
