I've been in the exterior industry for almost 8 years and excel renovations has been one of the best to work with. Being a sub contractor for them this is what i can say! #1 communication on point! (They actually pick up their phones) #2 they provide all info thats needed to get the job done! #3 they know what they're doing. They job get the job done right! They take pride in what they're replacing or improving! #4 they are reliable! What ever they say is what will happen unless something changes, which in that case home owner or installer gets an update. On top of that all their information they provide is detailed and understandable. #5 the payment is on time! (Very important, means that they actually care for whom ever their working with) Long story short i highly recommend them on your projects! You won't be disapointed!

It was really nice working with Excel. They took care of everything with our roof and siding while working with our insurance. Easy to communicate with and responsive. They did great work!

Shane and Chase at EXCEL came out to survey and repair already existing underdecking that was the ceiling to our sunroom under our outdoor deck that was initially installed by another contractor earlier on and it was leaking like crazy. EXCEL completely re-did it did it right, and greatly improved the quality and the asthetic feature overall. They remained to finish every last detail , cleaning up the area around it in our back yard when they were finished and taking great care as if it was thier own property. We could not be happier! would always go with EXCEL and wished we had found them earlier!

Excel Renovation recently completed a full roof replacement for our home and we had an absolutely top notch experience throughout the entire process. They are pros at what they do. They use top notch subcontractors. If they are not on site, they are just a phone call away They will exceed your expectations. If you are not happy about the work being done. They will make it right.

Thought of things I never would have. Very flexible to work with and lots of attention to detail. They finished my basement for thousands less than another quote I had and I was very happy with the end product.
