He explained each phase of the project, provided a clear timeline, and made sure we always knew what to expect. Trevor’s communication is exceptional. He follows up on everything, keeps us informed, and is consistently on-site to make sure the work is being done properly. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set him apart. He also worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure all of our storm damage was properly documented and covered, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The painting manager, Omar, was also fantastic. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure the painting portion of the project was completed to a very high standard. His workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. I have honestly never been this impressed with a project manager or a roofing company. Trevor, Omar, and the entire Excel Roofing team exceeded our expectations in every way. Excel Roofing recently completed a replacement roof for my home. I decided to go with stone coated steel roofing to provide improved protection with its 4A rating for protection against hail and fire. It's lifetime guarantee is 30 - 50 years. I've had many comments from neighbors on how great it looks. Neil was my agent and project manager on the job. He was great and the crew were all great as well.

I worked with Excel Roofing on replacing both my asphalt roof, flat roof, and siding. The thing that set them above the rest, after getting a handful of quotes from other companies, was the fact that they took the time out of their day to meet with me AND they had a knowledgeable project manager on-site to work with the crews as they came in to tackle their respective projects. At any point of the day, I could reach out to Nick to get updates, confirm timing, or to coordinate with the on-site crews. This meant there was no delay when something may have needed to be addressed or changed; he was extremely responsive and all communication was professional and courteous. After working on various projects with lackluster PMs throughout the years, finding a PM that approached my comments and concerns with respect was very welcomed. In addition, the team spent the time to pickup throughout the day, and also avoided stepping on plants and other immovable objects around the property which I appreciated. Overall, this was a seamless experience from the bidding, to the permitting, to the execution, through to the inspections, and I would highly recommend working with them for any of your needs!
