    Tyler was very knowledgable, answering all our questions in a friendly manner as we planned the bathroom remodel with Onyx. Installers John and Tom were very responsive and professional as they answered and responded to all that we wanted done. The finished product met and exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend these folks for any bath remodel!

    The contractor we had did excellent work but communication with the company wasn t that good. As soon as we signed the contract, I had to contact them to get an answer and it took three months to get on the schedule. Another contractor also showed up instead of the original one I talked to. He did good work but they really need to work on their organization and communication.
