The cleaning team did an amazing job! They were punctual, very nice and professional. Before they started we did a walk-through for area that needed the most attention and they made sure everywhere was spotless. They will be cleaning our house every two weeks. I will gladly recommend them to my friends.

Bruno and his team did such an amazing job cleaning our house! They were responsive, punctual, thorough and very professional. We look forward to working with them on a regular basis.

The scheduling is what I have a problem with. That is why I will not be using them again.

First time Excelencia Cleaning Service but they sent US ROOF CARE which is owned by JONATHAN JESUS. 1st-time pump broke down 2nd- time he came with a borrowed pump. Wrong kind to much pressure and not enough water flow. 3rd-time he came ran out of gasoline and I gave him some to complete the job. He finished the job. There is still a lot of moss on the edges of the shingles. He charged me $500 and I told him I was not satisfied with the work he did. He was always polite but didn't do the job I expected.

Prompt response, and a good job of cleaning the roof. Debris was blown onto the neighbor's property, that was not responded to, so I had to have it removed. Obtaining a receipt for payment took longer than it should have. Overall, good service.

This was my first experience with cleaning a roof. They BROKE a plant and told me it would recover -- it will not. They left my hose disconnected and tossed aside. If you have arthritic hands, this is an issue. FYI, the clean-up after does not include raking or blowing away debris. They were polite and punctual but a little condescending.

They did everything they promised and did a great job. The price was half what another person bid, who sounded professional, but wasn’t really offering much more for double the price. They were courteous. They were given the wrong address for some reason and came as soon as they could when they realized it. They were only a few minutes later than planned, and it was not their fault. Great job. They spent at least 5 hours. Great price!

Works alone. Hard worker. Our roof looks nice now. Took 8 hours but was a hard job.

Contractor cleaned roof bottom to top instead of top to bottom. Sprayed water against the shingles and did not take care around flashing. Water inside the attic. Totally uneven cleaning. To be fair, Bruno offered to come back, but after this experience I don't want these guys anywhere near my house again. They might be great at interior cleaning. Not good for roofs.
