I had my electrical panel replaced by Excellence Electric. I talked with Raymond who was upfront with all that needed to be done. From day one he took care of all the necessary papers and inspections. His crew were excellent, professional, clean and was very helpful informing me what was needed to be done on my part. Raymond quoted me an excellent quote. They are exactly what the company represents. Very excellent! I will use them for any future projects.

From our first interaction, Raymond was courteous and clear. He wanted to get a good feel about the project before providing a quote (unlike some contractors). He showed up at the time he said he would and checked out what I was trying to do: upgrade an electrical panel, add a Lucid charger, and install a quick-disconnect for a garage ductless AC unit.
Communicating with Raymond was always easy. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughout the project. His attention to detail was excellent. He has a great process and employs folks who are experts at what they do. I've added pictures so you can see the craftsmanship of the work they did. I will surely call him back for any electrical or plumbing work.

After our "contractor" disappeared on us, we were left frustrated and didn't know who to trust. Raymond at Excellence was one of several electricians we spoke to regarding an electrical panel upgrade and car charger install. He personally came to our property to explain the entire process and what we could expect from his end and with our city permitting process. He immediately felt like someone we could trust and work with. His quote was extremely competitive and even more importantly, he and his team were extremely helpful with questions that came up and communicative about everything that needed to be done each step of the way. We felt at ease and trusted Ray and his team throughout the entire process - very easy to work with! I would recommend Excellence Electric to any of my friends or neighbors in a heartbeat!

I took estimates for a fixer upper I purchased as a first-time homebuyer. I am so happy that I chose the best option for my electrical needs. Raymond (Owner) was the most knowledgeable about the electrical needs of my new home and he listened. He knew I was on a budget to get my home ready for my family. He was excellent and he did extras to make my home safer. He is the owner, and this is a family business. His family could probably be its own full fledge construction company. He and his family are a group of very skilled electricians who do great work and educate their customers when they request it. His prices were VERY reasonable. If I need anything related to electrical or drywall and stucco, then I am calling Raymond. I encourage you to give him a call.

From the beginning, the experience with Raymond was fantastic. He asked me for pictures of the current electrical panel, and with some additional information, he was able to provide an all-inclusive quote. He handled the permits and coordinated between the city and the power company. He was always very responsive and proactive. His team communicated clearly and was focused on getting every detail done right. I would hire Raymond in a heartbeat for any/all electrical work.

Raymond and his team did an excellent job. He was prompt in his communication, and provided a thorough and very competitive bid that won his firm our business. The team that did the work were friendly and knowledgeable. As a licensed firm, they were indispensable in helping us navigate the permit process with the city. And when a minor error was discovered, Raymond took personal responsibility and fixed it in less than 24 hours at no cost. Would definitely recommend him, and will likely work with him again.
