We highly recommend them...family owned and operated for 20+ years, we got a top of the line Ruud furnace for a very reasonable price, they fixed all kinds of bad ductwork in this old house, problem solved our air conditioning issue, worked fast, clean and pleasantly. Really nice guys & Greg the owner took lots of time explaining how the new efficient furnaces work. I ran out of questions LOL.

These guys went the extra mile, got my old heater going temporarily for free and lent me some space heaters in case it went out again and then installed within days of our meeting. Super fast, friendly, and honest.

Very glad we went with Excellent! Our heat pump and air handler needed replacement, and we decided to add in a bypass humidifier to the system. Greg, the owner, was great start to finish. He explained the process in detail when he came to do the quote, as well as going through tall the potential options he would put together, with pros and cons of each option discussed. Greg followed up to ensure I got the official quote and see if I had any questions, and was the only company to do so. After the install, Greg and his son came to the house and personally ran through operation and tips for the new equipment with me when I had the time. We’re very happy we chose Excellent for our job, and intend on using them again in the future!

Greg Dixon arrived right on time with his crew. Greg then introduced everyone that would be working at the site a very nice plus to know who is on site. They worked very efficiently complete the work in a timely manor, They wore their mask except when working out doors. Finished on time and explained operation and maintenance of the system. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship of their work. When they finished the work site was all cleaned up. We will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a heating and/or cooling contractor. Excellent Air gave quality service from the first contact in the office to the last installer at my house. All were responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. Installers were efficient, informative and a pleasure to have in my home. They removed an old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace; the basement was left very clean.
