head office and workman, Arthur, were professional, courteous, and turnkey in execution, knowledgeable and detailed. They turned a heavily soiled berber we thought we'd have to replace in a small townhouse into a like new carpet. We've used dozens of carpet cleaners in our house and rental properties. Excellent Carpet Cleaning lives up to its name. We will happily rate a 5 star, rare for us, for a job well done by a top drawer company and communicate such to our neighbors.

I was very happy with the quality of customer service and end results. My ten year old carpet looks like new. I chose the green plant based steam cleaning method and the results were amazing with no heavy chemical smells. I have chemical sensitivities so this was very important. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Overall wonderful experience.

He did a pretty good job of cleaning the carpet that had red stains on it, but it took another carpet company to remove the red stains, All it took was some extra time with an iron, a cloth and some solution. Wish he had taken the time to do the job right.

"This particular client was given the different cleaning options to achieve the best results but opted to chose the least expensive package being advised the carpets would require more intensive steps to be restored.. The carpets were in horrible shape pretty much ready to be replaced. We were able to clean them very effectively and didn't mind doing more stain removal on these areas if compensated for the work. He wanted everything at one price but didn't want to pay for the extra labor of hands and knees stain removal. We always educate our clients on the best option. Sometimes they opt to go another direction from our recommendations."

Water Removal Recovery Service
Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service was effective in removing the water from my carpet, but they damaged my walls while removing the floor boards and did not fix them. They also removed doors from the hinges and lost the hinges so the doors are still not replaced back on the wall. They left me responsoble for fixing my walls and the door hingles. Also the company they recommended for fixing my walls, charged me for purchasing drywall but did not use the drywall or fix the doors. They only painted the walls and messed up the back door entry claiming to prevent water from coming into the basement door. It did not work - just created a mess.

"We initially came out on the emergency response and as stated effectively removed water from carpet and also cleaned carpet. I was in constant communication with the client and was totally unaware that the drywall and painting contractor wasn't doing a good job. Unfortunately we did our part but the other contractor didn't live up to his end of the deal. Sometimes you try to help by providing a number or card of someone that you met on another. I would still advise the client to do there homework on everybody because now were getting a bad review for work we didn't even provide."

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on cleaning our carpet. They were on time, very knowledgeable about the industry, and very professional. I didn't think my stairs had hope until they worked their magic...they look wonderful!!--and so does everything else. Will definitely be calling them back in the future.

Comment: First time getting carpet cleaned. Very professional, nice and friendly .They were able to schedule me in within 48 hours of me calling. He did an EXCELLENT job on my carpet. Removed all the pet stains. I would definetly use them again. I highly recommended them to my mom. I will be trying their other services very soon.

The gentleman who came to do our rugs was very courteous and professional. The price he has was in error, but he honored the price we were quoted. We just discovered that one of the stains on the oriental rug was not cleaned, which had to be done at the factory. I'm not sure what recourse we have, since the service was done last Nov.

Rashaud quickly provided a quote over the phone based on the room dimensions and details I provided. He arrived on time to clean my carpets and his equipment was ready to use. Rashaud placed protectors at the corners of the walls to guard the paint finish. He left shoe booties for me to use when walking on my damp carpets. Carpets were well cleaned and dried within a few hours. I would recommend Rashaud's cleaning company.
