Excellent Exteriors, LLC

I have been working with them for approximately 5 months to fix storm damage that happened mid-March 2025. 5 months and our house is only half done. 5. Each time a crew has been out - a different crew each time - there has been something done in correctly or damage done to our property. When the roof was done, the crew pulled their trailer and left a long rut in our yard from where they pulled away. The subcontractors installed 2 whirly birds directly across from each other on the lowest point of the roof. They also added 2 additional roof vents that I did not ok and wasn?t even asked if we wanted them. I had to call. When our siding was done, the crew broke one of our outdoor LED lightbulbs and crushed a bush on the side of our house. They never said a word about either and I caught it after they left. I just received word that the next phase should be next week but they gave my number to the gutter guy. E.E. should be the ones handling all aspects of the repair and coordinating.

Josh was the consummate professional. He responded to my call within minutes and completed the repair the next morning. Top Notch - A+++

On time and very easy to work with.

They did a wonderful job. They completed the job in a timely manner and made sure that they cleaned up their mess. They didn't leave anything behind.

Good work but slow.

Great price for the job. Actual bill was a little less than the quote. Discouraged extra work that I was asking about in lieu of trying cheaper options first. Great integrity!

Very quick. Repaired a missing shingle at the time of the inspection rather than coming back later.

Reasonable, great service.

Repair/Replacement of a flat roof over 2 rooms with insulation and TPO roofing. Work was done timely and they cleaned up. The employees ended up identifying that some of the work was unnecessary and only did the work needed and reduced the cost accordingly. Great work and fair price. I would hire again if needed.

The bid was muchless than I expected. what a warm and friendly estimator. If ever (I hope not) I would have them do a complete job on all my buildings. I thank them so very much. Please pick up your check or call and have me mail it.

Roof was less than other roofers. Replaced on time and cleanup was excellent

They showed up earlier than expected, but got it straightened out. Excellent work, except for unusual vent placement, but it was corrected in a very timely fashion. Would hire again.

They showed up on time, did exactly what I needed and did it great.

fast and friendly, good price

Very quick response. Did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Too recent to rate the quality of the work.

Contacted Excellent Exteriors to replace some shingles which had blown off. Josh came out when he said he would & called when he was on the way. The shingles were replace the day after the estimate. Exceptional customer service. I will use them again when necessary.

Excellent exteriors called me within 2 minutes of submitting my request, very friendly and informative, setup date for quote, Josh arrived on time, said he could fix my wind damaged roof right there, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed my roof quickly. I am extremely satisfied with Excellent exteriors and wouldn t hesitate to use them again or refer them to family/friends.

They did not complete the job. They broke my picnic table and my outside dryer vent.

Josh was was great.Showed up when he promised and did excellent work.

Josh, who I dealt with, was very professional, courteous and efficient in the work that he performed. He called me right back when I called and left him a message about bad weather delaying the work. We agreed on a new date and time, he called me before he came, was on time and performed the work at a reasonable price. He was neat in appearance as was his vehicle, and he left no messes when he was finished with his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair work.

They showed up within 3 hours of me asking for their service. They found the leak, it was a small fix at nominal costs. Good customer service at a reasonable price
