Excellent Garage Door

Rafee, the installer was excellent.

The technician who came out told me there was nothing he could do to fix the garage, and proceeded to tell me about the $400-$550 replacements he could install instead. After questioning that it could no be repaired at all, I asked him what each button meant on the garage operator itself. When he clicked a specific button it began to operate, and all he had to do was a minor fix after that. If I would not have questioned this technician, we were going to spend $400 or more. We will not call this company again for any repairs, due to our lack of confidence in their skills to diagnose a problem.

This company has started a business in the St Petersburg area. The owner name is Rashad. I hired him based on the fact that he stated he could install a new garage door with the storage loft that I had in place. He charged $2,000 without a garage opener. When he reportedly completed the install, the top of the garage door was left with a 6-8 inch gap on each side. He stated that this was how the garage was made. Then he stated that the top would close once a garage opener was installed. When I told him I had purchased a new one and he could install it so we could see if this resolved the problem. When I went in the house to get the opener, Rashad got in his truck and drove away. What dies that say? This business is shady. He never provided a contract, warranty info, or address for the company. The positive ratings are from customers in Orlando area where this company started. The company address is listed on sunbiz as Orlando with the name being changed in 2019. I am the only review from a St Pete customer. I hope he does not dupe any more residents in St Pete. I have to pay another company to do the install correctly. Customers beware. Ask for a contract, his license & insurance. His full name address.

Got here on time. Did a great job. Had the parts I needed with him hat at a good price amd got done very quickly.
