My contractor hired Carlos. Carlos repaired a large section of my white oak floor and added in an additional 15x20 sq ft area with new hardwoods to make a unified space. In total the space is about 30x25 sq ft. He also had to match to hardwood in adjoining rooms. So he re-sanded, stained, replaced molding, and sealed the entire area. The job was very well done and will use him when I decide to do the rest of the floors in my house.
