The project took a long time and still needs some repairs, e.g., the roof leaks and the downspouts are too small to handle the heavier rains and/or hail. Also, some of the beams were too green, and they are splitting.

it is difficult to rate as yet. We halted the deck while having a new liner put in the pool. So far so good, will let you know more later. Update: The deck is now in and he did a great job. I highly recommend his work.
