Diamond Cleaning

Very professional to work with. Came prepared and on time for all duties that I had asked be done. Excellent at paying attention to detail, and overall did an impeccable job! Will definitely be working with her again, as I hired her for ongoing/continuous cleans in the future. Would recommend to anyone who wants their home or business cleaned the right way!

I would never recommend. I was charged far more than other companies said they would have charged me for the same exact services. There were visible streaks and solids left behind on countertops and floors as well as foot prints. The cleaner/business owner Ashley continually blew up my phone all day from 7am-10:30pm with anything ranging from pushing my appt back 4 times to saying random things, and also repeating questions because she could not seem to remember details and apparently never wrote them down. Also, multiple texts instead of just sending one single text with all of the info needed. Yeah, she is one of those people. So annoying and incredibly unprofessional. She raised the price 3 times during cleaning, two of which I agreed to, but she went ahead and performed and optional service that I did not know was even an option, did not ask me if I wanted it done, and then charged me. I told her of a few things that she did not need to do but she did them anyway and of course charged me for it. Lastly, I paid her via the Angi app, which I showed her the confirmation of payment page in person at my house, then next day she charges me the full price again via the app saying she did not get the money yet and tacked on another $20.00 without reason. I paid and she knew this for a fact. Why contact me, I did my part. She should have went straight to Angi Customer Service. Never. Ever. Again.

Ashley was very friendly and did an amazing job. My house was so clean until the kids got home later. I will definitely hire her again.

Excellent. Ashley was early but texted me to let me know that she just arrived. She made sure everything was to my liking and I’d not only hire her again, but I recommend her as well.
