Excellerated Power Cleaning

Well he got the job done. There was no trace of car oil on the garage floor except the stains but the finishing touch left a lot to be desired. There were lumps of oil on our driveway and that I had to clean up by myself. For the value of money I can deal with that problem.

The employees that came to my house were unprofessional. Did not do clean the chimney cap or the wood burning stove as promised. When i brought this to the attention of ROSS the manager or owner he said they would come back out and clean what they had failed to do the first time. I had already done so because the stove was not burning correctly do to build up that i had paid them to clean. ROSS said he could not refund all of my money but he could send me half. I agreed but never received a check.

They did a decent job with the inspection and cleaning, but showed up 20 minutes after the 2 hour window and came in through the BACK DOOR, effectively tracking dirt through our house on their several trips from van to fireplace.

I thought they did a good job. They were friendly and very professional.

I called and they were able to come the next day. They called about 30 minutes before arriving. The 2-man crew was friendly and courteous. They finished in about 20 minutes. I had called another company which said they would not clean the ash cleanout at the back of the fireplace where the ash goes once it's put int the "trap door" on the bottom of the fireplace. I wasn't expecting Excellerated to do this but they did without me even mentioning it.

They arrived during expected time frame and completed the job quickly.

I was a bit concerned when he wrote up the bill that it was more than it was quoted. The office person who wrote up the order didn't tell the person doing the work about the discount. I was glad that there wasn't a hassle and the person collecting gave me the quoted price.

They had a special and it was the least expensive to clean a lot of rooms. They did a fine job and the techncians were very nice and polite. We had some pet odor problems which I thought i talked to them about on the phone, but didn't bring any kind of neutralizer spray. I guess you had to ask for that specifically. Overall the carpets are clean, but I'm afraid the smell may come back on a damp day.
