Excelsior Air came out the same day to look at an electrical issue with my air conditioner after a horrific experience with Centerpoint Energy. They were knowledgeable, professional and had a fun sense of humor which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

Excelsior Airâ s Demitri and his colleague were life savers! Our AC went out the night of my daughterâ s graduation and day before a family celebration, plus the temp was 99 degrees and high humidity. They came at 8:30 pm on a Friday night and were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. They were very professional, explained everything thoroughly, gave us options and recommendations, and above all got our AC working again. Thank you!!!

They were amazing! Figured out the problem and was able to pick up the part that was needed and install it all in the same day. Not to mention it was on a Saturday! Pricing was good for the service as well. Would highly recommend!

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night with hi temps and high humidity. I spent Saturday talking to other contractors who couldnâ t come out until Thursday. On Sunday morning Excelsior Air called and arrived by 9 am. They repaired and cleaned my air conditioner with new parts in less than an hour. We really appreciate their prompt response, competent and courteous service.
