I thought Dawn and Diane did a great job cleaning. They were careful not to run the sweeper in to the baseboards and very friendly I would recommend Excelsior Cleaning to anyone who ask. The price was very reasonable too.

The service owner was very nice, but sent people to my house who apparently aren't used to cleaning. On top of that, when I came home from work at 6:30pm, they were still there. They missed things like the light fixture directly over my eating table which was crystal and it was obvious when it was not cleaned. They didn't even have to clean the upstairs except for the one bathroom up there. [Then owner texted me last night saying that she has come to the conclusion that her company isn't giving me what I need. and that she felt "unable to satisfy my needs." ] Well yes, when I get home I don't wish to see a housekeeper there when I've been working all day and want to relax when I get home. Too much dysfunction for me!! They all seemed very disorganized to me, and she even admitted thata she could not keep good help.

On time, worked hard but didn't complete everything to their satisfaction. Returned the next and finished up. Friendly and knew what to do. Thanks!!

I called and requested next day service because I was in from out of town. The crew came in and did a great job of cleaning after my renters left the home. I would recommend Excelsior Cleaning to anyone that is looking for an excellent cleaning organization.

I don't use a cleaning service on a regular basis but with getting ready for a party at our home ... I needed help! I hired Excelsior due to their rave reviews and was not disappointed! She is awesome. I have used her for 20 years. She is thorough and even does the microwave and the baseboards (which some pass over). If she is there and done with the usual work she will do extra things. I love it!
