Amazing

The girls didn't speak English very well. i asked how long they would be so I could return to pay them. They said an hour and a 1/2, which is exactly to the minute when i returned to my clean home, only to discover the cleaning crew long gone! I guess they didn't want to get a tip or paid! If the space didn't require an hour and 1/2 worth of cleaning, i shouldn't have been charged for such. Other than that, the house looked clean!

Very reasonable and basically, I was very happy with my first cleaning. There were a few items missed, but with proper communication from me, I feel these items will be addressed. Their cost has allowed me to keep this service in my budget.

They haven't started as yet. Will submit rating when project is completed.

I was shocked at how affordable their rates are -- almost $30 less than what I had been paying. No extra charges for changing sheets, etc. The ladies did an awesome job. My home looked beautiful when I came home from work. They cleaned/dusted things the other company I had been using never even thought of. I am happy to say I will be using Exceptional Housecleaning on a regular basis from now on.

It was quite a tret to come home and have the place cleaned up. The Exceptional house cleaning service did a good job.

I contracted with Exceptional Housecleaning to clean a 3-story townhouse after I had moved out. While some things could have been done better, considering the condition of the unit, Exceptional was just that - Exceptional! The townhouse really looks great and because of the work done it is now ready to put on the market for resell. I will definitely be hiring them again to clean in my new home.

They did a decent job for the areas in "eye shot" but the other areas (ie light fixtures, tops of cabinets, etc) were not completed. The reason I discontinued service with Exceptional was become I came home following a cleaning visit and my TV and Stereo were on different channels. I found this strange as there are no buttons to "accidently" hit on the outside when cleaning and the ONLY way to get the components on and changed is through the remote. It's hard to trust a stranger when you're not home, and to find this left me questioning what other things they were doing.

Our home looked perfect after the housecleaning! The little touches that they added brought smiles to both my husband and me.

I was moving out of my apartment, going into a new home. I had Execptional come out and clean out my apartment (I got kind of lazy at the end). I was very impressed with the job they did. So much so, I am going to hire them on to do the house cleaning in my new home! Not only do they do a great job, the value is much better than what other companies in the market are charging.

I was SO happy with Expectional House Cleaning. I am extremely picky about house I like my house cleaned. I don't like just surface cleaning. Execptional House Cleaning not only met, but exceeded my expectations. When I came home after they cleaned, my husband thought I was crazy because I literally went through the entire house just looking for something they may have forgotten. Did the white glove test and all. Well they passed my test, and I even found things that I didn't think they would get to and they did. Their rates are unbelieveable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
