Office replied quickly and scheduled someone right away. The technician Odell was very friendly and efficient with the re-arranging of wires in the breaker panel. He didn't try to make a bigger project out of it (which has happened in the past). Great job!!

Ask for the cost of the service call, which they failed to disclose. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to fix something I could have fixed myself if I had the time. I even had to provide a tool to give the serviceman so he could complete the job. Would not recommend.

Ask for the total cost not just the service call cost. I was told 125. But total was over 170, with cost of outlet which i could have bought at Lowes for a lot less.
