Do not use this guy for any sort of business. Was quick to accept the job, had great communication, showed up on time to complete a small carpet repair. Came home to a huge mess and the job not even close to being completed. Tried to call back for him to make it right, said all his work was covered under warrant. He said he would make it right, ended up not responding and blocked my number. Horrible business.

Mark responded quickly to my inquiry and was very pleasant to work with. He stretched carpet in multiple rooms and even the stairway. He also cleaned up after his work which you donâ t always find with work/repair. I would hire him again.

We are moving into a 10 year old house that had squeaky floors in 2 of the bedrooms. While we had the carpet up, we hired Mrk to track down and resolve the problem. He had to use his whole bag of tricks, but he was able to significantly minimize the noise.

Mark was wonderful! He stretched my wavy carpet and redid an area that had a horrible seam and it is now invisible. All the while being friendly, efficient and professional. Price was a bargain for work performed. If you have carpet repair issues. Exceptional Flooring should be your first call.
