Exceptional Flooring Installations and Repairs

We are moving into a 10 year old house that had squeaky floors in 2 of the bedrooms. While we had the carpet up, we hired Mrk to track down and resolve the problem. He had to use his whole bag of tricks, but he was able to significantly minimize the noise.

Quick, friendly, great job. Didn't have to move much furniture. Just great

Extremely fast and professional service. Can't recommend enough. Prompt response. A+ all around.

They popped in, fixed the carpet in 15 minutes, and now looks brand new, for only 150

Mark was great to work with. He was able to meet me next day where others had me waiting a week. And his price was half of what some others wanted to charge me. He guarantees his work for a full year. I world definitely recommend Mark.

He was super nice, very knowledgeable about what he did. He really helped me out. He knew exactly what to do for my patch.

Mark was wonderful! He stretched my wavy carpet and redid an area that had a horrible seam and it is now invisible. All the while being friendly, efficient and professional. Price was a bargain for work performed. If you have carpet repair issues. Exceptional Flooring should be your first call.

Fantastic, see previous review

Hard worker, on time, and a good price. Mark is very courteous with a lot of knowledge about carpet installation and repair. Very pleased with the final result, and I would recommend Mark to other home owners.

Very nice to work with as he was doing the work. Professional and provided useful information about carpets.

Great job, friendly service and great value for the cost.

Mark did a SUPERB job and completed it very quickly! I've never seen anyone work as diligently as he did since moving to SC 16 and 1/2 years ago...highly recommend him, he is polite and very professional.

Mark did a great job. I called one day and he was here to do the work the next day. Very professional.

Did a great job of meeting my needs

On time, very nice

Very courteous and prompt. Nice job

Professional and clean. Great experience.

Thorough

I put my request in Home Advisor today (Saturday) and one contract sent me a text to make an appointment for an estimate while I was talking on the phone with Exceptional Flooring. He asked all the specifics on the job, he responded to my questions, he told me the price and he told me if he could start the job right after he would finish the one he was doing. He communicated when he was in his way to my home, did the job (and it was a lot of work) . He finished the job in the amount of time he told me and he did it right. No additional charges, very respectful , and courteous. And the work is DONE. The other contractors sent me another text and I told him, and I had to tell him sorry; the work is done. Iâ m very pleased and I appreciate their prompt response.

Mark was very quick and efficient! He was able to fix my carpet the next day after I submitted my request and kept in contact so I knew exactly when he was coming. 10/10 would recommend
