Swimming Pool Remodeling
Started in Feb 2019 and it is now July 2020. Enough said. Bank paid them 95% of loans upfront because they said they needed for equipment. 17 months later, nothing but excuses and no shows. They cannot provide proof of where the money was spent so moving to litigation. Do not hire this company.

James was very professional and courteous. Things were trying at times but stay the course. The weather was not working with us. But he kept the crew going. Great job. We have a very beautiful new above ground pool. Thanks to Exceptional Pool and JAMES. THANKS SO MUCH.

They may have been overloaded when we had them but they stayed the course, and got it done.. One day they had to leave to take care of their kids schedules, but they were on top of things and even came back on a weekend to fix a problem which may not have been their causing. A good company.
