Exclusive Power Wash

Shane did a great job on our Tudor exterior covered with mold on north side. Also cleaned 3 yrs of dirt off front porch and cement patio. Very easy to work with and happy to do extra areas.

I was not impressed with his work of $300.00 for less than an hour work. The house had dirt streaks from the motion of his wand and he did not let us know he knocked a wire down in our carport. It did not hurt anything but I feel he should have mentioned it. I was very dissatisfied with his work for the cost.

Shane gave me professional, personal, courteous service. He truly cared about MY house, its unique issues--and addressed them all. Truly he makes me glow when I look at the house and think of his kind, effective service.

Shane was prompt in arriving. He did a fabulous job cleaning our house which is mostly dryvet - which is tricky to clean. He was polite & explained to my husband & me exactly what he was doing. Shane told us if we werenâ t completely satisfied he would come back however that wonâ t be needed as we are thrilled with the outcome. We will certainly be using him again.

Shane was very prompt in setting up appointment. Arrived early (with a text to indicate he'd be early), and got to work right away. Worked independently and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Was thorough, hitting all trouble spots several times. Missed a few spots (very reasonable to expect this) and was good about getting them when I noticed from a different angle than he was looking. Offered sound advice for a few areas that he was unable to clean. Respected property and did a great job.

Shane was very considerate and made sure we were happy with his work. He was honest and gave a very fair price for his work. I would definitely recommend hiring this company for pressure washing your house. They took their time and also stated they would come back if I noticed anything they missed.
