These guys did a good job on demoing and treating a very difficult mold project covering around 1000 sf plus walls and ceiling and the mold has not come back. One small gripe is that they asked for about 25% more than the original quote after they started the job and realized that it was taking longer, but I did not ding them much on that and also I did not pay the additional amount since it was not put in writing and it was not clear to me that we had expanded any scope.

Osain is very responsive and followed through on the work he agreed to.

The people were pleasant and did finally do the job but had to do it twice before it was done right . Would have liked a foreman instead of me and my husband having to check . They missed a lot first time around so had to do over .

He came on time, gentlemen was pleasant, very nice fellow.

They could have cleaned up better after work was completed. The only other issue was that the contract stated four year warranty when there was actually only a three year.

This company was nothing but helpful. Osaine was very understanding and willing to work with us. Our buyers requested a certified professional clean the minute amount of mold and accordingly we were sent a certificate of completion by Exec Pro to satisfy their request. Exec Pro's employee was kind and did a very thorough job. Their quote was about $1000 less than any other quotes I received.

ExecPro was excellent. I will not use anyone else if in the future. We plan on moving and already have them coming to test for mold in our new home. They are extremely professional and thorough.

Quick and efficient. Came out immediately, started the work right away. It's a rather costly job, need to be flexible with accepting credit cards.

The only ontime experience I had was with the initial evaluation. After that I had the following problems: late arrivals, miscommunication regarding procedures, failure to submit a lab test for the toxic materials on a timely basis( I have COPD & needed this info for my doctor to treat my lungs) , failure to show up or return phone calls, broken outlet which I had to hire someone to fix, water in garage 2 days after "repair" (fixed afterwards), installation of a fan that can only be adjusted by climbing on a ladder (stated no remote available) again (on O2 for COPD), change of contract clauses requiring cash payment or 3% charge for credit card. The only saving grace was that Wayne was very helpful, although the Mgr. seemed disturbed by this.

It was a pleasure dealing with ExecPro . I was highly stressed when I found the mold in the basement , because I was in the middle of moving out of the house when I detected the problem . But the men coming to do the work were extremely kind and helpful . I would highly recommend them to others and call them again if I needed help . I just called them to have them send me the warranty , but that seems to take a little longer than expected

I initially reviewed this company as quality job etc but thought was overpriced,well I just received THE best customer service,a phone call from the owner to adjust bill,feel like I got a million dollar refund!
