Excellent work! The minute that Osaine and his crew walked in my stress levels went way down. Osaine is so calm and and has a very positive attitude. Osaine and his guys showed up promptly each day and worked very hard. The job was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent.

During the initial quote we thought it was contained in one small section, after they got in to do the work they notice it had spread beyond and the crew ensured that all of it was removed with a affordable increase to my original quote. They went above and beyond with the level of service I expected and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

He answered all my questions and explained the mold and mildew removal process to my complete satisfaction, along with their method of preventing reoccurrence. I was very happy with the care they took to complete my project. The grout in our shower had worn away, which caused a water leak into our bedroom closet. After the initial estimate, the project was completed relatively quickly and we were back to using that shower in no time.

Osain was easy to work with and very flexible. He got a indoor air quality test completed quickly, so that I could be sure that no hazardous mold spores were indoors in my home. It was a big relief to find that indoor air quality was within normal parameters, concerning molds. However, I may need to find another company to repair the external water damage as it has taken some time to get a follow-up quote for the necessary repairs from Osain. It might just be a busy time of year or chance circumstances, so I will not lower my stellar ratings for this company. They are great! I just need to get this work done ASAP to satisfy my HOA.

Osain is very responsive and followed through on the work he agreed to.

The people were pleasant and did finally do the job but had to do it twice before it was done right . Would have liked a foreman instead of me and my husband having to check . They missed a lot first time around so had to do over .

He came on time, gentlemen was pleasant, very nice fellow.

They could have cleaned up better after work was completed. The only other issue was that the contract stated four year warranty when there was actually only a three year.

This company was nothing but helpful. Osaine was very understanding and willing to work with us. Our buyers requested a certified professional clean the minute amount of mold and accordingly we were sent a certificate of completion by Exec Pro to satisfy their request. Exec Pro's employee was kind and did a very thorough job. Their quote was about $1000 less than any other quotes I received.

ExecPro was excellent. I will not use anyone else if in the future. We plan on moving and already have them coming to test for mold in our new home. They are extremely professional and thorough.
