BEWARE. Pass this company by... The owner gave me an estimate for cleaning services, which included an initial ?deep clean? for 3x the regular cleaning fee. Her crew came and cleaned and missed a LOT of BIG things (a few examples include not cleaning under the couch or under the entertainment center in the playroom). I contacted her and she said she would correct it at my next appointment about 3 weeks away. I told her I had paid a lot of money for a deep clean and I wasn?t willing to pay again for what should have already been done. She came back a few days later and missed half of the things in the list I gave her. These were not picky things. These were BASIC like wiping down the dirt on the bathroom door by the handle. Additionally they broke something while here (minor, but didn?t tell me) and threw toys and gloves in the garbage that were under the couch. I reached out to her to let her know my dissatisfaction and she will not return any of my texts, emails or calls. Very unprofessional. I feel like I got scammed so BEWARE.

"There was a typo on the invoice, and I did not realize it until after it was brought to my attention. I told Laura that we would credit her, I also sent a new invoice with the corrected error and credit. Laura insisted for the team return and fix the areas we missed and yes we did. When we arrived at the house she said not to worry about the top floor only to do the basement. After looking at her camera Laura was still not happy with our service. I sincerely apologize. It is unfortunate that some homeowners do not understand that we are not perfect and that your house is your home and if things can be picked up from the floor, wash."

"This house is a house that has cigarette smoke stain on the ceilings to the walls. One day we went to clean and they had just finish smoking, we had to hold our breath until we were able open the windows. We can easily walk out and decline the job but we did not."

I've only had one cleaning service so far and will reevaluate after one month. However, so far Carlene is a super nice woman and a hard worker. My house never looked so good. I would definitely recommend her.
