The project started with touch up painting of hail damage on some of the exterior window trim. Iâ ve used Tommy for years on large and small jobs. He came out and painted the damaged areas on the west side. I had one window on second floor, north side that needed touching up too. When he got up to it, the sill had rotted out. He cut out the sill, fashioned a new one and then blocked the window in so that it wouldnâ t fall out. This was one of the two windows I hadnâ t replaced yet. I called my window guy and a few months later had 5 new windows (window industry counting), or two as counted by Tommy:-), Tommy came out finished them for me just like he did on the other 29 windows. Over the years, Tommy has painted my house twice, and finished all of the other exterior/interiors of the windows I replaced over the years. Some were painted and others were stained. He has also finished my decks. He always does a great job, and his communication is excellent.

Executive Custom Painting gets the highest possible rating from us. Tommy Hoskins painted the exterior of our home in 2022. We were so pleased with his work that we immediately put down a deposit for interior work in early 2023. He consistently exceeded our expectations with his honesty, timeliness and the quality of work. He is a knowledgeable and very experienced professional. Absolutely the best contractor with whom weâ  ve worked.

I could tell you about how good Tommy is at communicating or the quality of his work, but if you go back to 2016 you will also see a 5 star review for him that I did following an exterior and interior job he did for me. The fact that I needed my house painted, and just called him should be tell you what you need to know.

Cannot say enough about Tommy Hoskins and his team. He not only did an outstanding job, he assisted with picking the correct colors within guidelines of the HOA for the neighborhood. I would highly recommend him to others, His price was very fair and cleanup was great!

I hired Tommy Hoskins in 2018 to paint the interior walls of my home. He did such an outstanding job, I hired him this year to paint my interior doors, frames & floor boards. I just had new carpet installed & wanted a new/fresh/happy update and (poor) Tommy had to figure out my OCD issues! (lol) I am a senior w/standards & expectations higher than most. He was so patient & understanding with me. I picked a color and when he was applying, he immediately had me look to see how "close" it was to what was already being replaced. He told me that the new would clean up the old paint though. I wasn't sure I'd be happy in the end, so he stopped the work, showed me more colors that he thought would be what my psychological issue(s) needed. Tommy got the new paint w/o any negative response or attitude. Tommy is still the outstanding professional he was 3 yrs ago. His pricing is totally reasonable, performance outstanding, timeliness more than efficient, proficient/competent/skilled. I want to give kudos to August, his employee, as well. August is skilled, capable/competent, friendly & professional. I already have 2 small jobs I want Tommy to help resolve for me in the near future.

I can't say enough good things about ECP, Tommy, and his team. Excellent workmanship, responsive, reliable, professional. We had the interior of our house painted and it was a GREAT job! I would hire ECP for any painting work anywhere. ECP has our highest recommendation.

Tommy, the owner is just a very cool guy. He painted a good friend of mine house exterior. She raved about him and his staff that I decided to hire him for a small job, painting my garage door. He came out very quick to give me a bit. He could not give me an exact date to do the project but said he would keep me updated. I understand the variable with painting. The homeowner wants him to do more or weather. I was flexible but the crazy thing was when Tommy said he would call or text, HE ACTUALLY DID IT. That is a rare thing with contractors. He was so nice and made a great recommendation on my garage door that I decided to call him again to paint my office black. Yup I went from Gray to Black! Being such a dark color against white trim this could go very wrong. It didn't!!! Tommy did an exceptional job on the cut in's and I could not ask for anymore. I am now walking around my house wondering what other projects I could have him do. 100% my go to painter now

Tommy, Tom, and Sean were great. Very professional, courteous -- and most of all, highly competent. The only reasons that I didn't give 5 stars all around is: 1. Because their business is growing rapidly, they are looking hard for qualified, experienced employees (not easy to find). One of the new hires on our project was not up to their (or our) standards. To Tommy's credit, she was quickly let go. Despite the A-team's best efforts to fix her work, though, we still found a few places where stray paint doesn't belong. 2. We have found a couple scratches on our hardwood floors from furniture being moved. Not a big deal, I guess. But better without them. Still, I have referred ECP to our daughter for both interior and exterior painting of their house, and we are talking to Tommy about painting the exterior of ours this summer. I would give 4.8 or 4.9 stars if I could. Really could company.
