Eddie came out to give us an estimate. He was very nice and gave us a written quote right away. When we set up the appointment for the install they were real good about contacting us to confirm the times. The install went well. There was a slight glitch a couple days after the install, but they came out and got it fixed. All is working well now. We did quite a bit of research and comparisons between several HVAC companies, and Executive came out with better warranties and pricing.

Great price for quantity systems, attentive customer service during replacement. I have high expectations that follow up services will be as well.

A snake crawled into our A/C unit and got wrapped around the motor and burned it up. (The snake didn't survive) This was on Saturday night. Called Executive early Sunday morning and John was there within a couple of hours and by 1:00 he had the motor replaced and the house was already cooling down. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything he needed to do. Our unit is over 12 years old, so when we do have to have it replaced, we will certainly be using Executive. I was so impressed with the company and John, that I signed up for the Maintenance Agreement. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They did a great job. The owner came to do the quote, which I appreciate very much. They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive. What I was quoted is what I paid at the end of the job.

The guy showed up to look at one problem and found three more that were not up to code in my HVAC system. Very reasonable cost--great value!

Eddie and his team did an exceptional job! They started off with confirming an appointment that would fit MY schedule. The day before they called again to verify the work to be done and told a time we should expect them. The morning of the work they called to say they are on their way. Eddie and his team got right to work on the installation on new heat/air. Friendly people and you could tell they cared about their work. They cleaned up nicely. Made sure everything worked before they left. I definitely recommend them!

Responded very promptly (within hours) to schedule visit and give estimate (scheduled visit for same day) . Gave fair estimate (middle bid of 3 contractors - took only 20 minutes of my time, and were on time for appointment)Installed on holiday weekend.
