great experience. they were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to clean as they went. any time you have something going wrong with your house it is stressful you worry about cost and the time its going to get someone out there to look and possibly fix the issue. this team was fast. we noticed the issue Monday night and by Wednesday it was fixed the house was cooling down. highly recommend.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
There was a fault in my furnace fuse switch. He initially tried to sell me a furnace unit for replacement. I had to sort of pry it out of him on what the exact issue was and how to repair it. Ultimately, the issue was fixed, it took about 30 minutes total to resolve. Overall, I was satisfied with the companies ability to resolve the issue and expertise; I rate a 3 because I felt that the real issue should have been fully disclosed before attempting to sell me a new furnace.
Response by Executive Heating and Air Conditioning: This is a 30+ year old furnace that has signs of being dangerous. We refuse to jeopardize peoples' lives. That's why we expressed great concern and highly recommended a new furnace.
