Matthew James Rosselli is a scammer. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He scammed me of $500.00. They are other legal charges against him in court. He has another business under name of Father and Sons Landscaping LLC. He requires a deposit for work he will never do. Matt charged $5400 for the wrong grass and took 4 months to complete the job. On top of that, he charged for 11 pallets of grass but only purchased 7 from the sod company. The prep work was not done correctly and now my yard is all weeds once again. Never came back to complete or replace areas that needed attention.

They had my deposit in the third week of May , but the project was only completed the last of August.... at first, the delay was an overload of work before they could even get to my project...ok, and they showed up and, I will say, worked very hard... then, before work, which he estimated would be finished within a week, could be completed, Matt called once to say they were delayed due to illness. I had to call or text him several more times, and each time was promised completion the next day. Each of those days was delayed by yet another, which stretched into many days. Finally, with only a small amount remaining to be done, I paid the balance, and now had to wait for weeks for things to be totally done as promised. However, I will say that the work is well done, looks lovely, and is as I expected. Sickness can affect anyones business, as I well understand, I just wish that he would stay in touch without my having to continually call him....

Matt was awesome! He listened closely to what I was, and more importantly, was NOT looking for, and put together a great solution for my landscaping project. He was fantastic about working with my budget and getting me some great plants. He and his team also finished the installation earlier than we initially anticipated! Matt is really good at communicating. He made sure we were happy with what he and his team was doing throughout the process. Clean, friendly and made sure they completed the job to our liking. A few delays that were out of his control, but we were in no big rush to get the job done so it wasn't an issue on our end. We don't have anything left to do at our house, but if we did - we'd hire Matt again!

Matt showed up on time for our appointment and I had a quote in 20 minutes; excellent - it did take them a while to get the project started, but they were there to start the project on the agreed day - good quality plant materials, sod and paver installation - the soil prep was good - my only complaint, which is minor overall, is the sprinkler changes have been a little less than i had hoped and a sprinkler was broken and left as is - but I would easily hire them again - Matt is a man of his word which is most important
