Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms

Two months ago, I hired this co. to paint the interior walls and trim of my empty condo in Fayetteville NC. The job was very unprofessionally done. There was sloppiness, uneven lines, missed areas and the paint is wiping right off ALL the trim. My correspondences to the owner are directed to the painter, David, who gives me the runaround. He states trim paint needs to cure for 3 weeks before being wiped. Two months later, the paint still comes completely off with a damp rag. There has been no resolution to any of the problems and the guy still has my house key.

Mr Blake responded to my call for a bid and came out immediately to quote the job. It took a little longer for someone to actually come out and do the job. Initially the work was not done to my satisfaction and it was agreed that they would likely have to come back and go over the ceiling again. Within a week the repair had recracked and split. Numerous calls were made, emails sent without a reply from Executive. It was three weeks before anyone returned. The worker he sent did a good job, but never arrived on time and often kept us waiting for him to show up. He quit before job finished and it took another two weeks to get job completed

Initially meeting with Executive paint & contracting everything seemed to be ok & I signed the contract & paid agreed upon rate to get started. I was moving into a new home in a week and I expressed to them I needed it done soon & they told me they would have it finished......5 days later my movers came and had to move my things in the home & work around the painters because they were not done. The job was not complete until 4 additional days after I moved in. A total of 9 days for what was supposed to be done in 4!!! They also did not replace the doorstoppers and some of the outlet covers they took off.

The general manager was wonderful. They were very flexible with my time table and were the most reasonably priced, dependable people I met. I did have several spots that needed touch up, but they came out and fixed them for me. There were paint spots that got on the unpainted concrete where attention to detail was neglected, but I believe this was the individual painter, not the company and when I made them aware of the situation, the company was wonderful. I would definitely use them again and am planning on calling them for all contract work.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
Jermaine, the genral foreman, was great, but one of their employees was a total disater, and we believe they let him go, but they are still responsible for all of their employees. They were supposed to be done by Friday, and they didn't finish up until Monday, and that was with them working on Sunday. We're not sure Martin establishes a realistic time frame when he quotes the job. By the way, both Jermaine and Julie were wonderful to work with, and salvaged what might have been a disaster.
