Site wont let me rate 0 stars, but i would if i could. They have not returned our house keys and garage opener to us although it has been almost a year.

We hired them for some handyman services (putting together office chairs and hanging wall bins) and to install a water line for a dishwasher and refridgerator in our office. The plumbing work was acceptible, but about 23 of the 35 chairs were put togehter backward(thus the tilt mechanism will not engage). It was also odd for a contractor to show up with family members that sat in the office and watch him work for two days.

Anthony and his team were wonderful. This was a last minute project that they jumped in took care of it. They completed the project in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company if you want honest, hard working, dedicated people.

Anthony took my money and never completed the work. He told me he would take 1/2 now and 1/2 later, then preceeded to ask for more money a few days later. I paid him a total of $3250.00 and he has yet to come back or communicate to me about completing the remainder of the work which he left 3/4 incomplete. I have not heard from him in a month.

Absolutely terrible service! I am a very easy person to please and am outraged that someone like this can have a business. Anthony lied to me about everything, showed up hours late, was full of excuses, totally ripped me off, and to top it off, hung up on me when I tried (calmly) to discuss repairing the situation. If I could get his contractors licence number I would file a complaint but I havent been able to get a hold of it yet. Do not use this company unless you want trouble.

Anthony was anything but profesional!!I asked him to fax me a bid before the job, he never did. He called my tenant and without a call back he showed up. She did not answer the door,he just went into the back and started working.She was STARTLED!He left half way through to go and pick up a plumber.He left one of his workers at the home.He left the water off for over 5 hours for sprinklers. He finished 2/8 jobs.The bid was for $700 and came back for $1000. He turned off the gas instead of the water and left it off which another handyman the next day fixed after my tenants had COLD showers!!

Make sure that you settle on price before continuing on with any project. The Speed of completion was excellent and standard work was done decently. The finish details were very lacking. The cleaning services were very overpriced.

Their work was very average in terms of quality for the cost I was charged. Orignal bid was $1000. I told them it was too much, and they dropped the price to $700 to do the same work. They wound up using cheaper materials than what I requested, yet claimed they were losing $ on this job and requested more $ after they started. I wound up paying $50 more (they wanted $100) as I was worried they wouldn't do a good job if I refused. Workmanship on stairs was good. Work on the doors was not what I would consider quality work. Seemed disorganized, did not come fully prepared with all the right tools/materials. Job took much longer than I expected.

They came with no materials to work with. Took a total of over 4 hours to shop for materials. Late showing up to finish from yesterday or maybe not showing up at all ...2 1/2 hours late so far. 3 guys showed up yesterday, but 1 doing the job, the other on the phone or watching the other worker, and the other half and half. 8x18 yard been here all day and still not done. All there is is cleaning the yard and placing bricks on the ground.

floors were to be lightly sanded and a two coats of tung oil (supplied by me) applied. Floors were resanded but were never cleaned afterwards.Oil was applied leaving floor gritty.There are streaks, footprints and spots that weren't even done. There are drops splatters all through my home.My floors, base boards, carpet and tile all need to be redone. This was a very sloppy job!!! I have tried to reach Anthony He will not return my calls. After reading the other reviews I feel ServiceMagic is doing a poor job by givg him a 4 **** rating I do not beleive this is right.

The job that they did was nothing that I couldn't do. My house did not have the deatil cleaning that was promised. They were running behaind on schedule so I felt as though my house was being rushed. I feel I paid TO much money for the service.

Very unprofessional; the man lied to me from the first phone call. He was 1 1/2 hours late, I didn�t go behind them, but I did ask if they had cleaned all 3 bathrooms and wet mopped the floors, he said yes. He LIED, I went to use the down stairs bathroom the commode had not been cleaned at that point I took my hand and wiped the floor, not done, I then when and check the rest of the house they were there 2 hours and made 1 bed and dusted one room. I will never use these people again. I had to stop what I was doing and clean the house myself before my guest arrived. He offered to come back I do not want such unethical people in my house.
