He was nice, it didn't get fixed on the first or second attempt, it took 3 attempts. I'm not sure it was his fault, but every time he went to leave, we had to call him back, because the furnace would shut off. He seemed good at problem solving and by the 3rd attempt, it was fixed and is still working today.

We thought we needed our furnace replaced as recommended by another contractor who charged us $89.00 to tell us this. When I asked how much it would cost to fix vs. Replace, that company said at least $1200. After working with Service Magic, we called Executive Heating & Cooling who ended up fixing the furnace along with replacing the humidifier solenoid value for less than $500. It's been about a month and everything is working fine. I would highly recommend Executive Heating & Cooling. Thank you Service Magic for your recommendation! Great job!

We have two 50 gallon water heaters. This company replaced one for almost $1100. Shortly afterward, the other broke and we replaced it with another company for less than $800. Same quality heater.

IN HIND SITE THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY VAUGE AND WHAT I ASKED FOR AND WHAT I GOT WERE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. THERE WAS ONE SMALL INFRACTION THAT DID NOT PASS CODE AND WAS QUICKLY ADDRESSED.
