Phanna and Kyle were absolutely amazing to work with. I had a ridiculous ant infestation of thousands upon thousands of argentine ants that persisted for months after a huge storm. Before I called Exo Pest Solutions, I had tried a ton of difficult products, ranging from off-the-shelf baits to professional poisons and sprays. I had tried so many things that most of the professionals I ended up calling told me they couldn't help me because I had already tried everything they would try. I killed SO many queen ants myself, and yet the nest (which we realized was in the walls of my home) kept repopulating. Kyle and Phanna made multiple visits to my home over several weeks and tried many different solutions. After some creative treatments and a bit of patience, my home is ant-free again. 10/10 experience. I'll never call any other company for pest-related services ever again.

Owner of Company, Sophanna, is very experienced with rodent abatement and knowledge of roof construction and repair. He found entry points and closed them and removed Norway rats in most humane way. Super efficient with excellent follow-up, he runs a superb company with motivation and attention to detail. Our rat problem is resolved at this time and the rates are reasonable. We feel so lucky to find him and will recommend him to our neighbors.

Almost unbelieveable response from owner Sophanna Troeung; couldn't have been 10 minutes till Sophanna responded, &was at my home 20 minutes later. Explained what he was going to do, quoted price and set to work; advised that if the problem re-occured to call him direct. Most amazing ... He returned about 5 days later to follow up and make sure the wasps had not returned! Fantastic customer service!
