The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating, was the length of time it took to finish the job. Which wasn't really "exotic concretes" fault. Couldn't get the product, in a timely manner. Lee and his crew did a good job, once we agreed to get a different product. Vincent always answered my phone calls, also.

Paid them a $1,500 deposit. They promised the job would be completed without any issues "no problem". I have a retail store and I have lost business because of all the dust and mess they have caused. Now the job has sat untouched after they promised to get it done. I have had to hire another contractor. I assume they walked off my job after barely starting it. They will not return calls or text messages. Don't hire them! I lost my money. Don't lose yours!

"We started at your job three weeks late cause of you we had to push jobs back we fixed holes in the floor you said my partner said we would do for free to find out that he didn't say a 1000 holes for free cause you and your crew caused a ton of damage to the floor when doing the demo to it then you and your crew did the overlay which isn't polishable so we said do a epoxy and that was yesterday. So we have done everything we can to fix what you have caused to this floor and we get a bad review to show how we have done what ever it takes to fix your floor you have been rude and pushy and rushed us through a job that isn't suppose to be rushed good luck with your project sir We have done everything to try to fix the problems you have caused and you are the one that wanted us to work during the day we wanted to work at night you said you didn't trust us even though home advisor does a back round check on all contractors then you did a overlay after we spent three days repairing holes I'm at a lost of words George I wish the best."

Bought a condo with 3 season patio. Previous owner had wall-to-wall carpet. Smelled and dirty. Ripped it up and found rough concrete with glue spots. Did a lot of research and knew to call professionals!!!! Home Advisor recommended Exotic Concrete and after a couple if conversations with Vincent and met Lee, they were the professionals I was looking for! They did an outstanding job! The floor is so smooth I can sweep it like the kitchen floor!!! I understand people need to be weary about contractors and I am too but I STRONGLY recommend Exotic Concrete!!! I LOVE my floor and thanks to Vincent and Lee, I will ENJOY entertaining on the patio!!!! Long review but I just want everyone to know they are the BEST!!!!!! Thank you for providing excellent customer service, quality and overall a great experience!!!!!!!!
