As my project was a repair, I had trouble finding a contractor until I used Home Advisor. This was my first experience. Sammy from Exotic Landscape returned my call in a very timely manner; he was professional and responsive. His price was fair. The work was done very well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sammy and Exotic Landscape and am going to have him quote another project for me.

You referred someone who was supposed to be a pond expert to fix my pond. He charged a lot, kept saying that he would rather tear up the entire pond and put in a new one and had no idea how to fix the pump. When all was said and done, the pond still leaks!

I was initially impressed with the proposal and bid. I had five estimates, and Exotic Landscape came in at the middle. However, the care and time Sammy took to explain things and share his knowledge is what sold us!! He had a scale drawing of his design and there was NO PRESSURE! We felt we got the best person for the job. He is incredibly knowledgeable about landscape architecture, horitculture, and everything in between. He was very budget minded and taught us the best places to spend or save our money! We ended up hiring him for a second project!! We will be keeping his number for future projects and have already had neighbors ask for info

Exotic Landscape did a fabulous job with our project. They gave us expert advice on the best way to approach our situation, which saved us money, right off the bat. Their bid was extremely fair, and even though there were unexpected issues after digging began, costing Exotic more time and effort on the project, they did not charge us additional fees for this. We can honestly say that this is the BEST experience we've ever had with a contractor and we will certainly be using them again.

Our job was a very small chain link repair. Sammy came out quickly once we connected by phone. He gave a very reasonable quote and the fence was repaired the next day.

Exotic Landscape did a great job. The project involved major work (sod, concrete, dozens of trees and other plants, etc.) in the front and back yards. Throughout, each step in the process was well explained and completed. I've since received numerous compliments by neighbors about how the work turned out and Exotic has even followed-up months later to ensure any plants, etc. that did not make it were replaced / corrected. I'd highly recommend Exotic Landscape.

The project took longer than initially expected but they worked diligently to complete it. Because our existing sprinkler system was in such bad shape we had to make a few changes along the way (which also incurred additional expense) but we are very happy with the outcome. Our lawn has never looked better and Samy has been back numerous times since the job was completed to monitor our watering schedule and make adjustments.

Sammy came out to give me an estimate for landscape repairs for my HOA. He went out of his was on time and went out of his wave to give us a detailed estimate in a short period of time. I'd probably give him an even higher rating, but the HOA has decided on handling the problem another way.
